It has been reported by some residents that men claiming to be representatives of various power companies have been ringing buzzers outside of normal working hours, and asking to read meters or to sell access to their respective companies' power.

Such incidents have been reported to have occurred several times, including at 445 at 8:15 PM on Tuesday, and at 448 at 9PM on Wednesday

These workers have not been verified.

This is a reminder to all residents to properly vet anyone who wishes to gain access to our buildings, by communicating with them over the intercom system and not simply buzzing them in.
