Hey there, everyone.

Here's a refresher on how we institute repairs and report problems at the W50 HDFC.

If something breaks or you require assistance, the first thing you should do is contact our management company HSC.

Or you can fill out a request form on their website:

(unless of course there is a catastrophic emergency. In which case call 911)

HSC will then take the necessary steps to address the situation.

This is VERY important, as it allows HSC to maintain a record of all repairs. This helps them to keep organized, and know what has been done and what needs to be done.

Please do not contact the super directly as this has led to some confusion recently and a breakdown in communication.
